Hiring activity in the pharma sector dips 7 per cent in Sept’ 13 over previous month

There seemed to be less action in the recruitment front for the pharmaceutical sector in September 2013. What is worrying is the fact that the hiring activity in the sector has been dipping consecutively for the past two months. The Naukri Job Speak index for the sector at 1295 in September 2013 is seven per cent lower than August 2013. However, a year-on-year analysis shows a seven per cent increase in the hiring activity in September 2013 in comparison to what it was a year ago.
