Crystal traces its origin back in 1962, promoted by Murari Lal Agarwal began operations under the name M/S Harayana Transport Company. The company, primarily a transport service provider under the able leadership achieved great success and built its reputation in the market. Backed by its impeccable service and quality norms the company was successful dealing with the largest names in the industry such as Philips, Siemens, BPL, LG, Coal India, and ONGC among many others. The company has exponentially grown since then and began its cold chain operations in 2001 and has been one of the largest and fastest growing player ever since. Crystal began its cold chain transportation segment with one refrigerated truck. Today, Crystal operates on a pan-India network geographical footprint with 12 branches and 150+ refrigerated trucks. The facility is equipped to handle products of all temperature ranges, i.e. frozen, chilled, ambient and dry. Along with storage, the facility has dedicated space for customer offices, rest area for drivers and helpers. Crystal’s facility also has plug-in support for refrigeration units of trucks. Provision for 24/7 online temperature and stock tracking facility and customised automatic alerts, helps customers monitor data and quality at all times.
