Key Highlights:
[1] India has mastered scale. The next challenge is turning that scale into value.

[2] The next export opportunity may lie in what is harder to make, not simply what is easier to sell.

[3] Diversification is not just about finding new markets. It is about building products those markets actually need.

[4] The market strategy and the R&D strategy can no longer be separate conversations.

[5] Regulatory approval opens the door. Supply, distribution and acceptance determine whether you can stay in the room.

[6] Quality has to be designed into the product from Day One, not added when the market is identified.

[7] For Goa, the bigger opportunity may be to connect manufacturing, CDMOs, academia and investment into one innovation ecosystem.

[8] The real question for Goa is no longer whether it can manufacture. It is whether it can move up the value chain.
