OmniActive Health Technologies yesterday announced that IIFL Asset Management (IIFL AMC), among the leaders in alternatives, has acquired a minority stake in the company. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the companies notified via a joint statement.
The investment has been made through IIFL AMC’s Special Opportunities Fund series, it further said.
Investec acted as a sole sell side financial adviser to the transaction, added the statement.
