CPhI & P-MEC to host ‘India Pharma Week 2016’

This year’s expo will see participation from over 100 countries, 1300 exhibitors and 40,000 attendees

CPhI & PMEC India will commemorate its 10th successful year in India with India Pharma Week, to be held from November 17 to 23, 2016, a week-long celebration prior to the expo. The three-day exhibition, CPhI & P-MEC India, from November 21-23, 2016, will be held concurrently at two venues, the Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC) and the MMRDA Grounds, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).

The India Pharma Week will hold more than 10 events and activities taking place across Mumbai focusing on business, knowledge, leadership, innovation, recognition and networking in the field of pharma. The week will include a Pre-Connect Congress; power breakfast; India Pharma Awards; networking, plant visits; CPhI and P-MEC India Exhibition, CEO roundtable and many more activities.

This year’s event will see more than 1,300 exhibitors, a 100-plus countries’ participation and close to 40,000 attendees spread across the two locations in Mumbai. While BEC will have traditional participants for CPhI and P-MEC, the concurrent venue – BKC will also include participants for ICSE & BioPh.

CPhI India is an industry platform for CROs, CMOs and manufacturers of API, generics, excipients and drug formulation, fine chemicals, biosimilars, finished formulations, lab chemicals and biotechnology. P-MEC will include manufacturers of pharma machinery and equipment, analytical equipment, automation and robotics, packaging equipment and supplies, plant/ facility equipment, automation and controls, processing equipment, RFID, tableting/ capsule fillers, clean room equipment, filling equipment and laboratory products.
