This survey would be further segmented in to pharma device management and biotech/ clinical research, across MNC, Indian MNC and Indian companies.

The lack of such a survey could be attributed to the regulated nature of the industry itself.
Sheshadri points out that the talent acquisition scene in pharma has seen a sea change in the last decade with many MNC’s entering the space. This survey aims at bringing to the table various hiring trends, dynamics, challenges, technology, talent crunch, cost of hiring talent, outsourcing and other issues related to recruitments.
Such a survey if well executed will be a turning point in talent acquisition in the pharma industry which is still a major pain point.
