BDR Pharmaceuticals International Pvt Ltd has announced the appointment of Niral Bhatt as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team and focus on people and organisational development.
In his new role, Bhatt will spearhead initiatives aimed at fostering a proactive and progressive work culture through a range of organisational development (OD) and human resources interventions. He will focus on strengthening people practices and aligning HR strategies with the organisation’s business objectives.
Bhatt brings nearly 20 years of experience across human resources and people management. Prior to joining BDR Pharmaceuticals International Pvt Ltd, he was associated with the Zydus Group for 13 years, where he served as General Manager, HR. During his tenure, he was responsible for key areas including talent management and development, employee well-being, learning and development, performance management, and evolving HR strategies aligned with business needs.
Over the course of his career, Bhatt has held HR roles across leading organisations, including the Aditya Birla Group, Larsen & Toubro, Café Coffee Day and Future Group India, among others.
With his extensive experience spanning talent management, organisational development and strategic HR, Bhatt is expected to play a key role in strengthening BDR Pharmaceuticals’ people-centric approach and building a progressive workplace culture.
