It was my pleasure to go through the article titled “Talent Hunt :The Race Intensifies”, in the April 1-15, 2012 issue. The article provided valuable insights on the criticality of attaining and retaining talent in for any enterprise including pharma entities.
The article although presented an excellent thought on the approach that most of the corporate have adopted in these areas but somehow I feel that we could have added more prospect over by having the feedback of business leaders on the overall industry per se.
Having said that this was a great read with lot of takeaways.
