Akums Drugs and Pharma has recently acquired a facility from Ankur Drugs and Pharma, a statement from Akums notified.
With this acquisition, Akums will boost its production capacities for general oral tablets and oral liquids. The planned capacities of the new facility are six billion units of tablets and 90 million units of oral liquids per annum. This facility is most likely to be fully operational by the end of 2022, the statement added.
