The 100th edition of Live Pharma Coalition (LPC) Conclave held in Mumbai saw a gathering of more than 150 delegates, four guest speakers, 20 panel speakers and 10 core team members. The conclave took place in association with Mundial Pharma.
After the Ganesh vandana and lighting of diya by the guest speakers, OP Singh, Group CEO, Akumes Drugs, talked about- No where to Now here – His journey from MR to CEO of the largest pharma organisation. Another guest speaker Manoj Saxena, MD, South Asia, Bayer, talked about leadership challenge — global perspective. The third guest speaker Ramesh Juneja, SVP, Reliance Retail, talked about the changing behaviour of supply chain and leadership mindset, while the fourth guest speaker Amlesh Ranjan, Deputy Director, Sanofi, talked about Phygital Pharma- Reality, Imperative and Effectiveness.
The conclave also witnessed four panel discussions-

- Building a high performance team
- Evolving role of women leaders in pharma industry
- Marketing strategy for exponential growth
Among eminent guests were RKS Mangesh Dash, President, CHDNLR; Chitra Ramanan, Dean, Pharma Management, SIESCOM, Navi Mumbai; Debashis Sarkar, SVP, Aurobindo Pharma: Hirak Bose, VP, Lupin; Bharat Solanki, MD, Bios Labs; Arun Kumar, Associate President, Indchemie; and Sunil Gupta, VP, Cipla.
LPC Executive- Raman Marke and Hitesh Upreti addressed the gathering virtually. Yashwant Mishra and Arpan Kumar Paul hosted the event while core team members- ICS, Satwant Kour Manku, Vinod Vaswani, Rahil Shah, Vaibhav Bagawe, Prabhakar Jha, Ganesh Wavhal and Nasiruddin Chisti coordinated the event.

LPC goes live on Facebook and YouTube every Sunday 11 am IST and conducts mentorship programme for its registered members every third Sunday from 5-7 pm.
