Cohance Lifesciences appoints Abhimanyu Ojha as CFO
Ojha joins as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective October 12, 2026
Cohance Lifesciences, a technology-driven, integrated contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO), has announced the appointment of Abhimanyu Ojha as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective October 12, 2026.
Ojha brings over two decades of experience in finance leadership across multinational healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. Most recently, he served as Global CFO and President Finance at Intas Pharmaceuticals, where he led global finance teams spanning business operations, manufacturing, research and development, accounting, treasury, audit, taxation, corporate finance and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Earlier in his career, Ojha held leadership positions at Viatris, Mylan, Sun Pharmaceuticals and Ranbaxy Laboratories, working with business and functional leaders across geographies.
His experience spans financial strategy, business partnering, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, taxation, risk management and operational excellence. He has also built and led global finance teams, partnering with executive leadership, boards, investors and business leaders on strategic decision-making and business performance.
