Independent annual survey of customer satisfaction rates ERT one of the best across all industries
ERT, provider of high-quality patient data collection solutions for use in clinical drug development, has received Omega Management Group Corp’s NorthFace ScoreBoard (NFSB) AwardSM for consistently delivering outstanding customer service in 2015. This marks the fourth consecutive year that ERT has been recognised for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, as rated solely by its customers.
Omega’s methodology measures customer satisfaction and loyalty levels on a 5-point scale (or equivalent) four times during the year in such categories as technical support, field service, customer service and account management. NorthFace ScoreBoard Award recipients are companies who, based solely on survey responses from their own customers, achieved a 4.0 or above out of a possible 5.0.
